NetCDF Subset Service Reference

We are still trying to get this documented etc. It replaces the previous NetcdfService, and can now be used on any gridded datasets, and we are experimenting with station observation data.

You have to enable it in threddsConfig.xml, and add it as a service to your catalog, just like WCS. Its really intended for programmatic usage, but we are generating an HTML interface also. The file writing is rather slow, i want to improve that before it gets too much use.
